I applied online. I interviewed at Jobtest.org in Nov 2024
Interview
The application process started with a request to submit a video along with my application. After that, they assigned me a 3-hour paid assessment to complete within two business days. Once the assessment was done, I was supposed to speak with someone.
As a candidate, I generally prefer to have a phone screen before completing any assessments to get a sense of the company and its team culture. Unfortunately, after submitting the invoice for the “paid” assessment, I never received any response. I followed up to confirm they received the invoice and to request feedback on my assessment, but I was met with complete silence. Prior to this, they had been emailing me frequently - asking if I could complete the assessment and even mentioning issues with hyperlinks, despite the instructions explicitly requesting their use. Also, the assessment itself had contradictory instructions, which reflects the company’s communication and attention-to-detail.
Overall, the lack of communication and professionalism left a poor impression. Based on my experience, this isn’t a company I would want to work for, and I certainly wouldn’t apply there again.

Question 1
The assessment requires you to analyze a client’s test results, and create a video answering a long list of questions, such as what their strengths are and what careers you’d recommend for them.

Interview
My interview at Jobtest.org was pretty nice/ straight forward. You get a feeling like they're authentically there to help people and are passionate about the work they do. This is refreshing.
