John Reid & Sons interview questions

Mostly describing what the job entailed, carried out by some people who did not form part of the formal "interview" process. This was followed by a few open ended questions, in a one on one environment as the interviewer gazed out of the window. No job specific questions at all as the interviewer would have been unable to do so.
