Interview
Phone screening, then in person interview. I was interviewed with the supervisor of the department and three team leads. Overall, the interview was fairly easy. After interviewing I shadowed someone in the department.

Question 1
What was your least favorite thing about your last position.
It was an initial phone interview and then a 3 person panel virtual interview. The questions were easy as long as you tell the truth and be yourself. They asked me situational questions and about my background.

Interview
Friend referred to a recruiter. Recruiter reached out to me and set up a time for a phone. Fairly laid back phone call where recruiter described the position and asked if it was something you would be interested in. Came in for a Face to face interview with recruiter. Next day had Interview with Director of Call Center, and Interview with Departmental Manger. Got an offer the same day.
