Johnson Design Partnership interview questions

comprised a brief interview across a table tennis table and then another down the pub. It felt as though a decision had been made after reviewing my CV and that it was just a check on my personality. A few simple technical questions were asked, but it was more small talk than anything. Looking back I don't think they were bothered about my skills as they take the view that they can always get rid of an employee during trial period - not a good attitude for an employer to have.
