Very communicative from JM, all interviewers ask welcoming and relevant questions. Could not have asked for a better process in terms of a graduate scheme process. Make sure you know prior knowledge and give honest reasoning about why you want to be apart of JM.

Interview
Application, recruiter will call to find out more. Interview with recruiter. Interview with finance head competency. Interview with panel of 3 people. hr and 2 finance technical interview lasts about 30 mins. Interviewers are very cold. Do not smile at all to make u feel at ease whilst going through quite a daunting process. Would not recommend. When I got a rejection I didn’t even mind because it was a very poor introduction to the company.
