I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Johnson Matthey in Feb 2014
Interview
The first process is the telephonic interview followed face to face interview. Telephonic interview will be technical and an opportunity for the employer to quickly find if you have the right profile. Face to face interview is a mix of technical and general interview style. The face to face interview will require the potential employee to do a presentation of his/her research work following which there will be questions. Usually the process takes 1 to 1.5 hours depending on how interesting the conversation goes.
