Multiple round process - at least 4 rounds of interviews. The questions range from behavior to finance to the general why JNJ. Overall pretty much what you would expect from a company like JNJ

very intense two days of back to back interviews and cases for the second round. we were flown to new jersey with all the other candidates and taught more about the company, the position, etc. the first round was just a typical behavioral interview on campus that was pretty easy.
