Applied for an inside role and there was no recruiter or management follow up. The only communication I received was email confirming my application was declined. Lack of communication overall.

Difficult. Many steps. Many tests. Many interviews. Not organized. Very unprofessional. Not orderly. Too much red tape. Too many steps. Very difficult to understand the interviewer. Too many buildings to go to. Many different people involved
