Afterward, I completed a technical test, which was relevant to the role and allowed me to showcase my skills. The next step involved speaking with the Head of Product Design and the Mobile Team Lead to discuss their needs, how I could contribute, and to dive deeper into the technical aspects of the role. The final interviews were with the Director of HR and the CEO, where the focus shifted to my long-term goals and alignment with the company’s vision. The overall experience was smooth, and I appreciated the clear communication and structured approach throughout the process.
