K2 Management interview questions

I applied online and I was really interested in the company and in the job position. The way they handle the process really changed my mind. After the application they sent an email that they will reach me back in 3 weeks time max. After 3 weeks I received an email saying that they will need another 2-3 weeks due to high load of work. After that I only received an email 3 MONTHS later saying that they wouldn't progress my application. Absolutely disrespectful of them the way they handle the applications.

The manager asked about previous experience. willingness to travel and relocate.not a long interview & not many people to answer to. Also employees have access to the owner of the firm and he seems to be an understanding individual and down to earth
