Remote/Video. Met with the founder and director. The interview processes seemed very unprepared and not quite ready. The position was for a position that was opening up due to someone getting married and moving out of the area.

Interview
Cesar was unenthusiastic and seemed unknowledgeable about the role. I believe they were hiring for the position for the first time, and that might have been the reason that there was a bit of uncertainty surrounding the specifics of the job. After the interview, no one returned emails about follow-ups or any potential next steps. They should have at least said that they weren't following up.
