It was so nerv racking and I had to test in front of shop customers and that’s wasn’t good for them to do they didn’t give me the job but made me work a full shift for free
Online face to face interview. They send you a day and time for it on Microsoft teams and then you need to join the meeting at that time. No cognitive assessments.
Discussion with Store Leader about my abilities and a lot of personaility related questions. Whether the working type would suit me and work around my other commitments. How I would create a good customer experience.

Easy and quick, response was very fast. Got a call back within a couple of days. Easy questions too without hospitality experience. Received information on what to do everyday, serving customers and helping staff.
