Online interview and over the phone. Asked about my availability and why KFC should hire me. Conversation went for about 7 minutes. Very easy process and was immediately recruited for the job.

Very easy and just asked me questions about myself. Then asked me why I wanted to work for the company. We discussed my previous work experience and talked about what I liked and disliked about each job. We talked about what I wanted to study in school and where I saw myself in my future and my career. Not many questions about the company more just getting to know you and your work ethic.

Interview
I felt welcomed and the interview went so well. The manager asked me few questions about my previous employment and some questions about my skills. I left the store feeling positive.

Short interview asking more about the interviewee, hobbies, how they respond to situations, previous experience, whether they are involved in team sports or leadership building activities. Asks for availability, transport to and from work, preferred position.
