I applied online. I received a call two days later for an interview the next day. I came in, sat at a table in the food court and filled out a form for basic information, then completed a survey/booklet asking questions about how I would react in certain situations and personal traits (e.g. "Strongly agree" to "Strongly disagree": I look to others for help etc). After those were filled out, the manager came out and asked me some simple questions about working at KFC. It was very relaxed and casual. I was hired on the spot.
Online interview and over the phone. Asked about my availability and why KFC should hire me. Conversation went for about 7 minutes. Very easy process and was immediately recruited for the job.

I felt welcomed and the interview went so well. The manager asked me few questions about my previous employment and some questions about my skills. I left the store feeling positive.

Short interview asking more about the interviewee, hobbies, how they respond to situations, previous experience, whether they are involved in team sports or leadership building activities. Asks for availability, transport to and from work, preferred position.
