Sit you down with a big exam like paper quizzing you on vague questions that you're not sure which are the right one. Questions about whether or not you should report someone to the manager are confusing and should be changed. Afterwards they sit you down (if you pass the test) and have a chat with you about your availabilities and what you will need to do.

Very timely and professional. Filled out questions and information on website. Was then contacted promptly about interview opportunity via email and phone. The interview was conducted very soon after application.
the interview process was very quick and easy, basically just asking you about you and why you think you would be a good fit to the role. Only lasted about 10 minutes and got job offer the next day

Easy going and friendly chat they just wanted to get to know more about your personality and if you are a good match for their environment. Or went well and by the end they seemed happy and told me they’d get back to me.
