They will sit you down with area manager, and possibly training manager and ask mostly scenario questions, previous experience in hospitality industry is preferred but not necessary. Hiring is highly depending on the needs of the business. Sometimes one interviewer will be with you face to face and the other interviewer will listen to you over the phone, the company thinks they are people business so don't worry about your background
