Interviewed with hiring manager asked star method interview questions I answered questions I was told about the job and was hired on spot. I filled out paperwork, and got my uniform the same day.

2 stage interview. Online application and in person interview with the store manager. Online application was a 1 page document to fill out previous experience. Interview 30 mins long where it’s a set number of questions were asked.

Casual yet thorough going through all the steps the job would entail. All details about hours and pay were given and the General Managers personal expectations. At the same time talking like normal people to judge whether a person could handle the Restaurant Industry as some just cannot.
