I applied through university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at KFC (Moncton, NB) in Mar 2025
Interview
The interview process was too informal. They didn't pay attention to me the entire time I was speaking. They kept interrupting me. It was obvious they were in a hurry. Why schedule an interview at a specific time if they can't answer or listen to you? It wasn't the best experience. 5 minutes was the most. They had hundreds of resumes, and they didn't even know I was going to the interview. The funny thing is, they selected a friend. It turned out the job was terrible, the environment was awful, and she ended up quitting after a week.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at KFC (Fairfield, CA) in Jan 2020
Interview
The interview process was so simple. All you have to do is go to the store in person, ask for an application and they’ll give you a paper one to fill out or a link to access the online application. You will then have a interview with the manager and as long as you are friendly, hardworking and available, you will get the job!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is your availability looking like? Why do you want to work for KFC?
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at KFC (New York, NY) in Jun 2017
Interview
Applied online. They emailed me 30 minutes later saying they wanted to schedule an interview the following week. I came in and they only asked three questions. They told me to come back tomorrow for RJP (realistic job preview ) that's where you come in and work for a few hours to see if you like the job and I did . So this means I got the job and now I have orientation tomorrow .
