The first stage was phone conversation. Questions about expected earnings, some questions in english to check language knowledge and questions about previous experience and other CV stuff. The second stage was face to face interview with three people (HR, Manager, Programmer). HR person asked me about expectations and so on and checked my english knowledge. Manager checked my CV in detail and asked questions about it. Programmer asked me about OOP principles, TDD, and tested me on Java excerises similar to Oracle Java certificates questions. The whole atmosphere was quite stressful. In some moments it was more like an interrogation than interview.
