Overall very relaxed process, it is a few rounds of interviews but for graduate program should hear back within a few weeks. Best advice is know the product, team you're interested, and have a good answer for why you want to work for the company and field.

Explain what saas means? What is "the cloud", explain how it works.
The recruiter made promise to get back to you by certain date and then they ghost you for weeks, only to be told that they are looking for a unicorn. Their job descriptions do not reflect what they are actually looking for.
Behavior interview, which is standard. Workday situational questions….problem is they are a black hole with feedback. At least tell someone after they interview, if you’re not interested. Don’t say your’ll hear from us and never even provide a thanks and sorry email
