At first, I had a normal, traditional interview where I was asked questions and then a technical question at the end. The interviewers were very friendly, super chill and made you very comfortable. It does not even feel like a formal, traditional interview. After the interview, I had a group activity where we had to discuss a problem. This was a really fun activity to do as well. They were all brilliant.

Interview consisted of hour long interview with two employees, followed by a 45 minute break before an hour long group exercise. The first part of the interview included usual interview questions and ended with a technical question. This question is not too difficult and is there to see how you go about coding a solution. The second part of the interview involved around 4 candidates working through a non-technical problem together, to test how each candidate works in a team environment. Entire application process, including before and after the interview, was welcoming - the hiring team are very friendly and willing to offer help! Great communcation throughout - did not need to wait long for the result of my interview. Hiring team are happy to provide feedback from the interview so you can improve on any weaknesses.

Completely online (covid hiring). Sent my application in they got an invite to recruitment day over Teams. This involved a group interview and a 2 on 1 interview with some situational questions and a technical question on google docs.
