Interview
The recruitment process involves several stages. Firstly, there is an aptitude test and a coding round to assess foundational skills. Secondly, a technical interview is conducted, focusing on Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) concepts and SQL proficiency. Thirdly, a managerial round takes place, which includes further evaluation of OOPS knowledge and scenario-based questions to gauge problem-solving abilities. Finally, the process concludes with an HR round, conducted via telephone, to discuss employment terms and finalize the hiring.
The process begins with a test (apti,sql,oop,coding) with a criteria of 75% to move to next round that is interview round. The interviewers mainly focus on SQL, OOP and a basic program. However , you must overperform to get shortlisted.
