Interview
Casual and unassuming with simple down to earth and easy to answer questions. The whole process was done over video so you do not have to go in. Also just one person was interviewing.
Simple short and straightforward. They just try to gauge how comfortable you are speaking and do a few role playing scenarios. There isn't anything too outrageous. It's really just having a conversation.
