Personal Interview
Written Test : CAT type written exam with LR, DI, QA questions. Minimum cut off has been set. Once the cut off is cleared then next round is PI
PI : Basic knowledge of marketing and statistics like table %, row %, col % and difference in between the three. General marketing questions to see general business acumen
HR is very lazy and laid back so follow up with the HR. They conduct one round and then vanish away.
Amazing experience, they asked me to share my views on sports and how do I analyse my likes and dislikes. This was followed with a psychometric test and aptitude. The difficulty of test was medium.

The interview was long but welcoming on the part of interviewers. General knowledge about various domains was particularly important. Technical questions about basic research terminologies were asked. Having proficiency in office tools and SPSS can help.
