I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Kantar in Nov 2017
Interview
2 stages of interview, was super promising after pass first stage, but in 2nd stage I didn’t get informed on interview outcome. Total take close to 2 months, which is quite long and disappointed with the process & outcome.
It was clear communication—timely updates, well-defined expectations, and a warm welcome. The interviewer fosters a respectful dialogue, listens actively, and encourages authenticity. Candidates leave feeling valued, inspired, and excited for potential next steps
