I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kantar
Interview
Initial recruiter phone screening, followed by hiring manager call, then wrapped up with a case study panel. Each interview was about a week apart. Overall, received good guidance and feedback on interviews.

Question 1
What are some factors that went into your decision making?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Kantar in May 2024
Interview
The actual interview was quite good but they need better time management and coordination. Took them a month after speaking with the recruiter to schedule an interview only to have it postponed by a week. Currently another month after doing the interview and still no rejection or acceptance. I take it as a rejection but they could at least have the courtesy of sending an email.
Interview consisted of a task which I had to complete under thirty minutes and then some competency questions followed.

Interview
Very long. 2 and half hours interview which included a 30 minute data task which was given at the end of extensive interview questions. The interview commenced with a prepared power point presentation showcasing the skills for the role. They took a very long time to provide feedback and deliver unfortunately you wasn’t successful which is really poor
