The pre-recorded set-up of the interview is very efficient for both the hiring managers and applicants. Moreover, the interview is short(in a span of 10 minutes) but included meaningful questions.
Spoke to a member of HR over a ms teams interview to discuss experience, expectations and role duties. it was mild mannered and didn’t seem too fruitful however they did send an offer. Salary was too low for me
In the HR interview, it is important to demonstrate a foundational understanding of marketing, including concepts like branding strategy. Be prepared to offer suggestions on how to enhance branding efforts. Additionally, remember that the HR representative is eager to share valuable insights about the industry.
