I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kantar (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2019
Interview
I was contacted by their internal recruiter via Linkedin. Had a screening call with the recruiter, then had a phone interview with the hiring manager. My previous position was a great match with what they were looking for so we hit it off. I was then asked to come into their office for several rounds of interviews. I met with the higher-ups, the hiring manager, and the team. I was also given an hour to complete an assessment they had which contained hypothetical tasks someone in the position would be doing. Had a positive experience meeting everyone, the office has a very chill vibe. I had an additional phone interview with some other team members in another office. The recruiter called a few days later asking for references and permission for a background check. Once those went through it took about a little over two weeks for an offer letter to come through. Apparently, the person that approves the budget for all new hires was on vacation for two weeks. The recruiter kept consistent contact throughout the whole process and even checked in with me a few times. Good experience overall.
