A chat with the non-tech recruiter about my past experiences in development field, asked about my expertise with nodejs and explained about the business field, I did not fit to the business culture.

Primeira fase com o RH, padrão "me conte sua história", "história da empresa", "quer quantos dinheiros?" Segunda fase com o TecLead, só conversa, rapaz simpático, não teve muito aprofundamento. Tive que pedir o feedback, recebi uma resposta genérica.
