Interview
I applied via co-op SFU website. I got an interview where they asked presented a project on the white board, implement a code (reverse string) and interpret a code (bit manipulation). The panel helped derived the solutions. You just should listen carefully. I got and accepted a offer.
I had a great interview experience overall. Interviewers are nice and respectful. The interview was about 90 minutes long. It included behavioural questions, basic programming knowledge questions, debugging questions, and a LeetCode-like question.

Interview
After applying, I got a call from HR 3 weeks after to interview that same week (providing only 2 days to prepare). It was one behavioral question following 15 mins talking about the project, We then transitioned into CS concept questions (heavily focusing on multithreading, OOP, memory allocation), and then 40 mins programming. Took 2 weeks after interview to obtain results.

Interview
It was just a one-stage interview with some personality questions and then technical questions. It was roughly 45 minutes and the coding was done on a Google Doc template they sent during the interview.
