They checked out my degree certificate, asked me to demonstrate a deadlift, and basically gave me the job. For a rehab company this seemed a little brief. I ended up going in to the job unsure of whether I was actually prepared to do it well or not.

The interview process was with the company owner and it was Brief and Friendly. General questions about yourself and your experience are asked as well as situational questions - like how you would deal with certain situations. Overall the interview was pretty easy and the interviewed made me feel comfortable.

Thorough, relevant questions to identify Kinesiology-specific knowledge, and personality characteristics that align with the nature of the job. Employer generated conversation pertaining to the position, the company, as well as my personal career goals and expectations for myself in the future. He took into consideration my interests outside of academia and work, specifically, my involvement in sports. He outlined possibilities for advancement within the company, as well as, wage increases.
