Beware. They definitely used me for free work/insights. I did a series of different interviews with various members of the team. They all seemed to have gone well. Completed an assignment for them that was centered around analyzing their brand, identifying growth opportunities, and proposing strategies. Had multiple interviews after that only to hear that they were rescoping the role and gonna search for a Creative Director instead. I don't think they ever intended to hire me.
