I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Kayan IT (Cairo, Cairo Governorate) in Sept 2021

it begins with a call to select a date and time
then first technical and personal interview with the chef accountant (financial manager) included an accounting and english exam at the same time
And at the same day moved to the second with the general manager.
Later, the third online interview with CEO.
after 10 days the job offer is sent on personal mail and after weekend I started my first day
