Interview
2 rounds with team fit and professional fit. Mostly focused on if I'm able to think critically and analytically in a fact/numbers-driven way. The overall atmosphere was super friendly all along the interviews. I did not feel interviewed, more like in a team with my interviewers, solving the questions together.

Interview
I applied via Indeed to a job post and was offered a phone interview with their Head of Business Development about a week after applying online.
The phone interview was very pleasant and very useful for a candidate trying to get to know a company, but I never heard back from the company in terms of next stages even though the person who interviewed me on the phone said they would let me know in a few days.
As a brand, Keatz looks like it has a very exciting future, but I was surprised with the lack of communication after the phone interview. Fair enough, if they didn't want to progress me to the next stage, but it is impolite to not get back to interview candidates at all.
