Pretty easy process. Answer standard interview questions and you display use of a computer. It is just one interview after you get through filling out the pre-process of a typing test and situational questions.

Easy interview, only had one interview. It was easy and helped those barely starting out at the job force. Great for those looking to get into customer service and getting their foot into remote work

Interview
Short call, no more than 5 minutes, and straight to the point on what you can expect from the job. They'll ask a few questions on availability and start date. At the end, they will send out some tests you must complete before heading to the next step of the hiring process.
