Kennelpak interview questions

2 weeks after applying asked to attend an interview with 2 members of staff a few days later contacted to do a trial shift, contacted asking for feed back, told the other applicant had more experience with animals, this is something they would have known before the trial shift and seems to be away of them getting free labour , and it seemed the manager didn't know what he was doing and let staff members be very lazy.
