early in the process is nicely treat. and all look good. but in the middle of process. there is i can't describe. but don't judge it cover. all must have many experience in some where place else. but can't compare to the new place that we not work yet.. anything can be pursued or archive but need to deep down look for every inch of root cause and how to catter/handle that problem. the key point is. listen and observe the situation. for operation side for win win situation is not the money. but is the team work that make all company growth and worker experience growth. money can be subjective but can be motivational to other people to. but the top priority is how you treat your worker problem in the best way. that most matter.
