Interview
The hiring process feels like a blast from the past—they use a formal cognitive test to shortlist candidates. Seriously, who does that anymore? And apparently, the founder has nothing better to do than record himself on every page of the site, including the test assignment. I’m half-expecting that if I ever buy the product, I’ll get a personal video tutorial too.

Interview
The hiring process of KetoSource is demanding, but fair and transparent in what they are looking for in a candidate. The company's commitment to transparency at each step of the process, as well as personalized feedback at the end of the process in particular stood out. I appreciated that they kept the door open for any questions or clarifications, which made the process comfortable and not feel one-sided. It’s refreshing to see a company genuinely interested in fostering a positive and growth-oriented experience for its candidates.
While I may not have secured a role this time, the professionalism and openness of KetoSource left a lasting impression on me. I appreciate the support throughout the process as a whole, and will be applying again in the future.

Question 1
The company begun with a series of tests taken individually via BrainLabs, and followed up with tests to make sure that remote work was feasible (hardware specs, internet speed, sound quality of microphone etc ...). This was followed by a series of self-recordings to be sent as answers to various questions that are common in hiring processes, with a focus on work ethic, principles and personality (e.g. times you've dealt with a difficult situation, some recent favourite reads, principles/factors you place special importance on, and how you tackle scheduling your work day remotely).

Interview
The interview process was challenging but it a very positive way. During it, I discussed my values and experiences, which was a refreshing change to previous interviews in the past. I had interviews with other team members before having a final interview with the founder. I was kept well informed throughout, and given plenty of time to prepare for each stage.
