Question 1
You walk into Macy's. Tell me how you make them carry our toys.
I was contacted by the in-house staffing agent. Had a very pleasent meeting and then set appointment with CEO. CEO twice was no show to meetings. At this point I felt a little wary of the professionalism displayed and declined a third. About two months went by and was contacted by another in-house recruiter. Initial Zoom interview that was very pleasant with the recruiter. I was asked to do another interview with Sales Director. Again, great overall experience. Next step was a interview with CEO... again. I was called for the interview and he had a one hour window in less than 12 hours. Call was at 8pm with an interview the next morning. Unfortunately, I could not accommodate that time. Expecting a potential employee to frop everything should have been a red flag. Three weeks later the interview was rescheduled. I was told the CEO was 4 hours ahead of me in LA (seemed strange) and asked what would be the earliest time available. Set a 6 am appt for Zoom to allow for what turned out to be his vacation schedule. Again no show to Zoom interview. I waited over 30 minutes online. I have extensive experience in the industry and am only aware of one other CEO with this type of professionalism... that company bled employees. As the first two employees I spoke with were very pleasant I hope that isn't the case here. Again if my time is so invaluable taht you treat me this way before I am even on the payroll, I can't imagine what happens after I'm on salary.

Interview
Video screen with Chief of Staff; On-site with CEO; on-site with Engineering team
The Chief of Staff was super pleasant and professional. She truly loves the company and her team.
CEO was significantly late for what was supposed to be a 30min meeting that could’ve been done over the phone. It was difficult to explain my background and previous experiences because he was clearly not paying attention and looking around behind me and not making any eye contact.
