      I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kili Technology in Aug 2025

      The interview was for their sister company DeepIP. It was pretty quick but somewhat uncomfortable. I had a final interview with the CEO and he came off uninterested and unfriendly. I actually believe the previous comments about him being sexist, he's probably racist as well. The people in this company along with their sister company- DeepIP are sus. They act like they're transparent but play ping-pong when it comes to discussing salary. I have about 10 years of experience in customer service/support! They're so full of it, their reason for rejecting me: I was too technical for this position. Make it make sense.

      something about describing a time when I messed up and what did I learn from it. they ask you to do a powerpoint presentation, they call it "business case": In this business case, you'll have the chance to showcase your problem-solving skills, effective communication, and collaborative spirit. Your insights will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer experience and shaping the foundation of support at DeepIP."
