I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kimberly-Clark (Neenah, WI) in Oct 2011
Interview
Applied via my university job board. This appeared to be a pre-screening interview; I passed and was referred to sign up via a website and would wait for the second round of interviews. I did not make it to the second round as I think I waited too long to sign up (+1 week), so definitely apply early. Interview was very relaxed, was with the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions.
Interviewer had a list of questions and wrote down the responses.

1 short Phone call with basic STAR Questions
1 in-person final round interview where we interviewed with 4 different managers. Had a lunch after 2 interviews and the whole process took around 3-4 hours.
I did well in the interview but they did not like my entrepreneurial spirit outside of the 9-5 job.

Interview
Interviews generally followed the star method while still having a priority of general communication skills outside of knowing the star method. Friendly and open interview process and felt like I had a good idea of what to expect.

Interview
Started with an on campus interview and moved to an on site interview. Consisted of several 1-1 interviews and an exam. Included a tour of their very impressive complex that more resembled a College Campus.
