I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kite Packaging (Coventry, England) in Oct 2023
Interview
I was given a 2 hour alloted time. They gave me a tour of the premises, taking time to talk to some employees of different departments, and allowed me to have more in-depth conversations with the development team, who were all very nice and were keen to answer questions about anything. After a while, I was brought in to talk to a higher manager, and we had a conversation about what interests me in this role (especially with what I've seen), things about me, just nice general questions that weren't technical. Overall very welcoming and familial attitude.
