I applied online. I interviewed at Kivra (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Jan 2023
Interview
1- Video HR intereview it was good and the HR is friendly and nice, she is asking the regular HR questions (speak to me about youreslf, why do you want to work with us, tell me about a challenge you worked on, etc...) 2- Intereview with EM and a tech lead, they made a redo to the HR intereview which was very surprising honestly, you already have the answers of most of your questions from the HR, why do you ask them again? the intereview was a chat and some technical questions, it was ok. I didn't get an offer, based on the 2nd intereview feedback they decided I am not a good team player and I don't fit their culture, I don't know how they decided that based on the intereview we made that but ok. I really like the HR and how she managed this, she was nice enogph to call me on the phone and say we are sorry we decided not to proceed with you, she is nice keep her. Note: expect some long time in the communication if you decided to apply but I'll not waste my time and apply if I where you.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- speak about yourself - how is your dailly work routine
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kivra (Stockholm, Stockholm) in May 2022
Interview
Initially, a really good experience.
The HR reached out to meet, and we ended up setting an initial call which went great,
After getting thorough past 2 interviews (initial, then yet another one with a tech guy on general topics which also went great) I had a short call with the HR person. We agreed on their initiative that instead of a take-home assignment, I would bring some code for discussions for the final stage, given I was in several other processes already.
After the latest "tech" interview, the company did not send any more emails, even though I did mention to them that I need a decision as soon as possible.

Question 1
Bring my own code assignment, with ulterior discussion on it.
Unfortunately, I had the feeling that the interviewer itself (yet another guy) did not quite understand the paradigm and felt uneasy about it given his very superficial comments on it. What followed was some passive-aggressive comments on it with the ulterior mention of "why did you not do our assignment". Interestingly enough this happened in a call with multiple other people. Also, this specific paradigm is used by some other teams in their company and is ultimately the reason why I applied for this position given I've seen some talks on it before.
