After resume got shortlisted, online test link has been shared. After completing the test, HR reached out and scheduled online interview. First round was with a senior developer and second round with on-site employee.

I had an underwhelming experience with this company interview process despite being contacted and having interviews scheduled there was no progress on it leaving me feeling like my time and effort were wasted heard a concern about lack of job security within the organization.
