It was 3 rounds of interviews with many different people. First round was a technical application with around three coding challenges. Second round was a recruiter phone screening that lasted around 20 minutes.

Deliver coding lessons and answered questions relating to pedagogy and teaching experience. They also asked a few scenario questions about how you would handle different situations that may arise at camp.
