I was contacted by a recruiter for an initial interview, followed by a technical interview. They informed me I’d hear back by mid-next week, but I never received any follow-up or feedback. No communication at all, which leads me to believe they might just be talent pooling. It’s frustrating when recruiters don’t provide updates or respect candidates’ time.
