Interview
One on one with the store manager. Was asked several questions found on this site such as tell me a time you went above and beyond the call of duty. Why do you want to work at Kohl's? What is your availability? Short interview..only lasted about 15 minutes. Filled out some paperwork afterward and have orientation soon.

I had a remotely easy interview process that went pretty quick. They asked the average questions, but the pay was not the best so I did not go with them.

Can you name a time you had to show good teamwork?
scheduled Zoom interview TWICE and both times, I waited in appropriate "room" and no one from Kohls "showed up". I even called the local store and asked if I should keep waiting, who ever answered checked and they said yes, they will be right with you. I waited over 30 minutes each time.

Interview
The interview was completely online, and I spoke with someone from HR. The interview was incredibly short and lacked much substance. The interview consisted of basic questions about when I would be available, but also included a personal question about going out of my way to help somone. All in all, it was a horrible experience.
