It was easy and simple. Went by fast only three questions if I remember correctly. Interview was in back room I was the only one there which made it more comfortable for me. Process took only 2 days for me to get a interview and 4 days to hear from them again. Had to fill out some paperwork on their website.

I Sat in a room with the store manager and assistant manager. They asked me questions as I was an employee already. It was very laid back but I was not a fan of the store manager at the time.

Interview
they asked basic questions, work history, leadership style, scenario questions and my strengths and weaknesses. they called me after 2 days for a follow up interview with a different asm and they told me i got the job same day.
