Fairly simple, they want to get to know you and see if you will fit into the company. Be sure to know your retail math before the math test and research the company so your aware of current events and initiatives

Laid back, informational style interview. There was a applicant dinner the night before in which they gauge your behaviour in a group setting. The day of the interview they guide you through multiple steps.
