30 minute interview. Very straightforward talked about my work experience, and past roles. Then talked about daily job responsibilities and training. Learning more about the company and my experience in sales.
The interview process was pretty straightforward, virtual interview a week after applying. Didn't have many issues or anything confusing. I did ended up working there. Managers were ok but pay was pretty low.
Phone screening interview to go over resume and job requirements, mainly confirming what my availability would look like, what it entailed, and if I'd be comfortable with the sales part of the job/promoting the store rewards and credit card. Very friendly and low-pressure conversation over the phone.
